16A - Planner Follow

Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.

1. Event Planners

Event planners allow attendees and exhibitors to plan for their show by providing them with a planner to add:

• • Exhibitors
  • Sessions
  • Track appointments
  • Products
  • and a custom schedule
• To allow access for attendees and exhibitors, turn the planner ON.
• Most items in the planner (exhibitors, appointments, sessions and custom) are exportable to the mobile app (if using).
• The Planner can be printed, as well as exported to a desktop calendar.

2. Name of Planner

• You can configure the name of the planner to best fit your needs.
  • Examples: Planner, MyPlanner, etc.
