10A - Event Special Follow
Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.
1. Name of Event Special (Singular)
- Name of Special. (Example: Event Special, Show Special, Booth Special, etc.)
2. Name of Event Specials (Plural)
- Name of Specials. (Example: Event Specials, Show Specials, Booth Specials, etc.)
- Use of An/A Before Event Special NameFor example, "an event special" or "a show special"
3. Event Special Auto Approval
- If you want to review the event specials before they are allowed to be visible, you can turn this OFF and enter an email address in the next field. That person will be notified via email with a link to the event special. The user can approve, decline or edit the item.
- Turn to ON if you want the event specials to be automatically approved and displayed.
- You can view and edit all event specials by going to the Main Menu>Exhibitors>Event Specials.
- If you have the Auto Approval OFF in the previous step, enter the email address of the person you want to approve the event special before it is displayed.
- Note that person must have Host Account to log in and edit or approve.
- You can allow the exhibitor to assign Product Categories to the event special to aid the attendees in searching.
- Product Categories are limited to the same Product Categories the exhibitor chooses in their exhibitor record.
- Help HTML that is displayed at the top of the page to the exhibitor in the event special tab in the Profile Wizard. Click the "More" tab to reveal the default help text and edit.
