Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.
GoExpo allows the show to collect Print Logos from exhibitors. If using this option, use the settings below.
1. Exhibitor Profile Print Logo
- Set to ON if you want the system to collect the print logo file.
2. Print Logo Required
- If on, the exhibitor is required to enter a print logo when updating their profile.
3. Print Logo Always Enabled
- If on, the exhibitor can upload a print logo even if they are not authorized to upload an online logo.
4. Print Logo Allowed File Extensions
- You can adjust the file extensions of the type of file you want to use for print.
5. Print Logo Help
- This text is displayed to the right of the print logo upload field.
- Default text: "You can upload any .ai or .eps file that is under 5 MB."
Downloading Exhibitor Logos
You can download the files by doing the following:
- Navigate to Main Menu > Exhibitors > Export > Download Exhibitor Logos Spreadsheet
- Then Export the Download Exhibitor Logos Spreadsheet. This sheet will include the name of the exhibitor and link to file.

- Or, you can select Download Exhibitor Print Logos (will provide a .zip file of all print logos).
