18A - Support Follow
Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.
If preferred, GoExpo and event staff will handle your exhibitor and attendee questions. If you want to handle the customer service, please make the changes in the settings below.
1. Contact Us URL
- If specified, the user will be redirected to this page when clicking the Contact Us links in GoExpo. If not specified, GoExpo will present the user with an email form that will send an email to the Contact Us Email Address.
- Email address of the contact for customer service if not Core-apps.
- Phone number of the contact for customer service if not Core-apps.
- Leave blank for the default HTML. The About HTML is displayed when the user clicks any of the About links.
- Click the About Link at the top right of the site to view the default information.
