1. Name of Pavilion
- By default, GoExpo provides a Pavilion Search. The name can be changed from the default to its best use for the show.
- Example: you can call the pavilion an Area, Outdoor Area, SubExpo, etc.
- Note that booths must be identified in that pavilion for the pavilion function to work (see your CRM for more information).
2. Search by Pavilion
- Turning the search by pavilion ON will display a search tool on the exhibitor list for attendees and the public to search for exhibitors that have a booth in the pavilion.
3. Search by Keyword
- If ON, the Keyword Search functionality will be displayed on the exhibitor list and in iframes.
- The keyword searches:
- Exhibitor Names
- Company Description
4. Search by New Exhibitor
- New Exhibitor refers to exhibitors new to the event. In the exhibitor profile, you can indicate exhibitors that are new to the show by checking the New Exhibitor checkbox.
- When the New Exhibitor search is checked, all exhibitors that have been identified as New will be displayed.
5. Custom Search Field:
- You can set up Custom Searches based on any data for the exhibitors that are in the system including additional custom fields. For example: Assume you had set up a custom field of "We Export" in the exhibitor profile and allowed the exhibitor (or Admin) to check that field. The search area on the exhibitor list page will display that search field and, if checked, show all exhibitors that Export.
- See your CRM for a deeper dive into this useful tool.
