11A - Appointment Follow
Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.
This is an add-on module - if you have not purchased, leave OFF and go to the next step. If you would like to use this feature or want more information contact your CRM.

1. Exhibitor Appointments
- Allows attendees to schedule appointments with exhibitors.
- Because some exhibitors prefer not to use the appointment feature, we have added the Opt-In so that the exhibitor can decide if they want receive appointments from attendees. If the exhibitor does not opt in, the attendee will see a message if they try to make an appointment with the exhibitor informing them that the exhibitor is not accepting appointments in the system, and gives them the option to Private Message them (if you have the feature for private messaging turned on). (see 'Other' to turn this on)
- If you turn the Opt In to OFF, all exhibitors will receive appointment requests.
- If ON, appointment requests are automatically confirmed and don't need to be approved by an exhibitor.
- Only used for Hosted Buyer Appointments - see your CRM for Details.
5. Direct Appointments
- Allows users to schedule appointments with each other. Disabling this feature does not disable the Hosted Buyer Appointments.
6. Shared Appointments
- When on, exhibitors and their associated attendee/Booth staff accounts share appointment schedules
