Always click Save at the bottom of the page in Setup - changes are not saved until the Save button is clicked.
The Event Options page is where you set the basic details about the show and the install, including the name of the software, show, show dates and event description.

Software Name
- The name of the GoExpo software/program being used for the event. (e.g., GoGadget Expo Planner, GoGadget Expo Connect)
- This information will be displayed in these areas:
- Internet browser tab (Page Title).
- "About" link in link selections on top-right of page (e.g. "About GoGadget Expo Connect").
- Login link on home page (e.g. Login to "GoGadget Expo Connect Now").
Event Name
- Name of your Event/Show. (e.g. GoGadget Expo)
- The name will be displayed in these areas:
- "Register For" link on home page (e.g. "Register for GoGadget Expo Now").
- In all emails where the template parameter ##Event Name## is used.
- Internet browser tab (Page Title) on the floor plan. (e.g. "GoGadget Expo Floor Plan").
Event Organization
- The name of your organization/company.( e.g. Core-apps, LLC)
- The name will be displayed In all emails where the template parameter ##Event Company Name## is used.
Event Start Date
Event End Date
Event Time Zone
- Enter the time zone in the area your event takes places. This will adjust meeting times etc. to match the actual event time zones.
- This will also determine the time zone for which any exhibitor or attendee announcements should be scheduled.
Event Location
- Can include Address, City, State and Country as well as area code.
- This information is used in emails where the template parameter ##Event Company Address## is entered.
Event Description
- Short description of your event to be displayed in these areas:
- In emails where the template parameter ##Event Description## is entered.
Event Website URL
- Your show/event url.( i.e., main website URL for your event).
- Used to link from the system to your web site in these areas:
- Show banner on top of all planner pages will hyperlink to this URL.
- In emails where the template parameter ##Event URL## is used.
Company Address
- Your official company/organization address
- Must be complete as it is used in the CAN/Spam requirements and default invoice address (note that invoice address can be changed in the Invoice section B)
