6B - Exhibitor Imports/Exports Follow

• If you are using an automated import to get exhibitor data into the system, you can contact your CRM to have this set up.
• If you are importing the data into the system, you will use the Exhibitor Import feature.
  • Note that once you have the original exhibitor data in the system, you can add new exhibitors and change the exhibitor information in the GE system.
  • Exhibitor imports are found in the Main Menu > Exhibitors > Imports.

Exports (Main Menu > Exhibitors > Exports)
The system has several default exhibitor exports as described below. Custom reports can be provided as well. Contact your CRM to have this set up.

• Download Partial Exhibitor Profile
  • This will export the active exhibitor list and will include all of the fields in the exhibitor profile including any custom fields that were added to the record.
    • This is most useful for the Print Exhibitor Directory.
    • Supplemental directories can be produced using the Full Exhibitors by Date export.
      • It is a best practice that when you download the directory information, make a note of the date and time as you will use that information to produce the supplemental directory.
  • Partial Exhibitor Sample Download
• Download Exhibitors and Booths
  • Includes all active exhibitor information include booth dimensions.
• Download Profiles Modified by Exhibitors
  • All data that has not been modified by an Exhibitor is left blank.
• Download Exhibitors by Category
  • Export of all the company names and the product categories they have chosen.
• Download Booth Numbers
  • List of all Company Names and the booth numbers assigned to them.
• Download Full Exhibitor Profiles
  • Includes all information for all exhibitors including cancelled and archived exhibitor as well as log in dates and times.
• Download Full Exhibitors by Date
  • Same as above but allows you to chose a date range.
• Exhibitor Logos
  • Download Exhibitor Logo Spreadsheet
    • Lists the exhibitor information and links to web and print logos as well as dates uploaded.
  • Download Exhibitor Print Logos
    • Zip file of all exhibitors that have uploaded a print logo.
• Exhibitor Products
  • Download Product Spreadsheet
    • List of all exhibitors and the information populated in the Products page
• Download Press Releases
  • Download of all the press releases uploaded by exhibitors.
    • This tool is perfect for downloading all the press releases and providing them on thumb drives in the press room
